Reservation and Cancellation Policy

So that you feel totally at home, you will be received by Gladys who will be your "Guardian Angel"   to make your stay an unforgettable experience.

- Your arrival in the house will be from3:00 p.m.

​

- Your departure at the latest10:00 a.m.

​

- An entry inventory will be made upon your arrival

​

- An exit inventory will be carried out on your departure

 - For stays of 7 days and more, a free cleaning of the villa will be done at the end of your stay so that you don't have to worry about anything

- For stays of more than 10 days an intermediate cleaning will be charged to you byperiod  for 7 additional days

- Pool maintenance will be carried out once a week by us free of charge

- On your arrival, you will be asked for a deposit check of 3,000.00 Euros which will be returned to you upon your departure after inventory and a tourist tax (2 Euros per adult and per night)

Gladys will be your correspondent on site and can help you with all your questions.

Booking and cancellation conditions

Reservation

​

- A deposit of 25% of the total amount will be requested to block reservations

- The total payment of the reservation will be requested 60 days from the date of arrival. In the event of non-payment of the entire reservation between 60 days and 30 days from the date of arrival, the reservation will be canceled and the deposit will be retained.

Cancelation

For all stays...

• Full refund: For a cancellation at least 60 days before the date of arrival*

• 50% refund: For a cancellation at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date*

• No refund: For a cancellation within 15 days of the scheduled arrival date.

*In the event of reimbursement, management and processing fees of 3.5% of the amount reimbursed will be retained.
